UGC Junior Golf Society Schedule
The schedule is determined prior to each of the three sessions, Spring, Summer and Fall, by the Society in discussion with the participating elementary school[s]. It is subject to School, and Vancouver School Board schedules. The three sessions are for approximately 5 to 8 weeks, with golf lessons on Fridays, from 1 PM until 2 PM, and a half hour in the Westward Ho restaurant. Volunteers and representatives from the Schools are also treated to light refreshments as this provides an opportunity to talk about the activities of the day. Pitch and Putt golf is sometimes possible for an ‘end of session’ highlight event. Please contact one of the Directors to confirm the actual teaching days, and note that some ‘bye’ weeks occur.
